I have been passionate about cooking since I was a child, and I have honed my skills through years of experience in the food industry. I have worked in various restaurants and catering companies, and have now established myself as a personal chef.

Modern Italian
Pistachio, Meyer lemon & caper vinaigrette. Fresh basil.
Crispy prosciutto, Castelvetrano olives, frisee. Calabrian Caesar dressing.
Corn & tarragon risotto. Italian squash, & truffle parm foam.
House made Cavatelli, Grana Padano. Cavolo Negro.
Marsala whipped mascarpone. Hazelnut brittle.
Classic French with a modern flair
Amuse bouche. Savory beetroot macarons, creamy goat cheese and a touch of honey.
Rich foie gras, pear compote & toasted brioche. Sprinkled with Fleur de sel.
Pan seared duck breast, tangy blackberry gastrique. Parsnip puree & roasted Brussel sprouts with lardons. Toasted hazelnuts.
Roasted zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers and tomatoes in a flay pastry crust. Topped with goat cheese, pine nuts and fresh herbs.
Crisp layers of puff pastry & passion fruit cream. Dusted with powder sugar and a drizzle of passion fruit coulis.
Upside down caramelized apple tart served with vanilla bean ice cream.

Chef creates custom menus for all clients based on the season and availability of ingredients. The above is just a small glimpse of plates chef has recently created. They can be recreated if the season permits or used as a starting point to create a unique culinary experience!
